This is a contents page from a music magazine. There is a mix of upper and lower case typeface so that the text with the upper typeface stands out more. There are 3 main colours used which are orange, black and white. There is one image used which takes up the whole page and the text is on top of it aligned to the right. It looks quite serious because of the serious expression on the mans face. Its very simple but effective because there is little on the page which doesn't look like there are big chunks of information to take in. The page that the man is on is shown bigger at the bottom which shows that he is the main feature so that readers go to that page first. All the font used is the same but just in different styles to give variation and make it look more interesting. The man is looking straight at the camera which makes it direct to the audience.
